200 WAIS pupils participated in the Summer Term Music Recital (Friday 2^nd June). This was an important occasion for each pupil to present what they have learnt, not just this term but also for the whole year.

Each performance was adjudicated according to the difficulty of repertoire and the proficiency of performance by our expert panel.

Our pupils are now more confident performing in front of an audience and understand the intricacy of the difference between practice and performance. Each pupil will receive feedback from their instrumental teachers and together they will set challenging and yet achievable goals over the summer.

Many congratulations to all the participants and we look forward to more pupils learning a wide range of instruments in the next school year.
