This past Monday, the primary pupils of Wycombe Abbey School, Changzhou took part in a ceremony to mark the 70^th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, including the singing of the Chinese National Anthem and flag raising.

Pupils from Grade 4 and 5 took responsibility for the flag presentation and raising, with S.Yan from the Narwhal class the main speaker.

This ceremony took place ahead of the upcoming Golden Week national holiday, where a range of events to mark the occasion will be taking place across the country.
