On Friday 10^th December, the Primary Christmas Performance took place in the theatre. This was the first year where all musicians, instrumentalists and intermission music was performed by solely Primary age children. What a fantastic show we were treated to!

All pupils across Grades 1-5 were involved, with Junior and Senior Choirs, string quartets, octets and a full twenty-one piece orchestra all playing together throughout the course of the afternoon, to the delight of the watching audience in the theatre.

Although parents were sadly not allowed on site due to COVID regulations, the entire event was filmed so that everyone in the Wycombe Abbey community could enjoy what was certainly the highest calibre Christmas Performance yet!

Well done to all pupils involved, as well as the dedicated music department who had been busy practicing with classes throughout the Michaelmas term in preparation for this event. We have so many fantastic musicians in the Primary school and it is a pleasure to watch so many of them perform in front of a large audience!
