Pupils at WAIS are offered an exceptionally wide range of activities and experiences beyond the classroom. Pupils travel widely, both inside China and overseas including the UK. Our debaters compete in Hong Kong and Thailand, our Duke of Edinburgh Award entrants (Gold Award) carry out their expedition in the UK, pupils studying Art visit the galleries of London. This breadth of experience is vital in securing places at the world’s leading universities where academic success alone is not enough.
