About WAS Changzhou
WAS Changzhou, founded in 2012, stands as the first sister school of the century-old Wycombe Abbey in China. Since its establishment, WAS Changzhou has been consistent with its holistic education philosophy, following a house, boarding, and tutorial system combined with small class sizes. We offer high-quality education and boarding options for students aged between 3 and 18 years old, as well as 24/7 pastoral care for each and every student.
School Philosophy
WAS Changzhou has been committed to holistic education through its more than ten years of operations. We practice the school philosophy of ‘Every Child Excels’ within five areas of Pastoral, Academic, Enrichment, Extension and Community. We adopt this philosophy to cultivate students' academic excellence while offering over 100 Extension and Enrichment programmes to help students. This builds a solid foundation for students to gain admission to world-renowned universities and support their lifelong development.
