This is the experience of J. Tang, a Xilingshi Scholarship recipient who enrolled in WASCZ in September this year. WASCZ is proud to announce our Xilingshi Scholarship three-and-a-half-year programme for students who will enter Grade 9 in February 2025 or Grade 10 in September 2025.
About Xilingshi Scholarship
The WASCZ Xilingshi Scholarship Programme is a unique opportunity that aims to seek out outstanding students in different fields and to cultivate and send outstanding talents into society.
At WASCZ, we identify outstanding students with great potential and extraordinary talent through the Xilingshi Scholarship Programme. We provide them with a broad platform and all-round support to develop, helping them to grow into citizens with an international perspective, preparing them for an outstanding future.
Recruitment Targets
The scholarship is for students who will enter WASCZ Grade 9 in February 2025 or Grade 10 in September 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is open to students who excel in academic disciplines, performing arts, or creative expression. The WASCZ School Scholarship Committee selects them to receive up to three-and-a-half-year of tuition fee reduction.
Application Process
– Fill out the intention form (see below); we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your eligibility.
– After confirming eligibility, submit the required application materials as instructed.
– Once the application materials pass initial review, candidates will be invited to participate in an interview.

– Relevant certificates and evidence of abilities, including but not limited to Olympiad certificates, performance videos, art portfolios, award certificates, etc.

Course Options
At WASCZ, we believe in empowering our students with choice. As an authorised examination centre for both Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel, we provide a wide range of approximately 30 IGCSE and Level courses. Our professional university guide will help you create a tailor-made programme to help you reach your academic goals.
Additionally, WASCZ brings students an educational experience beyond the classroom. With rich extracurricular projects and well-designed educational trips, we help students explore their interests, develop their strengths and build a strong foundation for their future careers in a diverse environment.

The diversity of our course choices also derives from the support of WASCZ’s elite faculty.
