Sourjya holds a master’s degree from Bangalore University, India, and an iPGCE qualification. With 13 years of extensive experience in international education, he fosters student success through personalised support and engaging learning activities. Since joining WASCZ, he has guided students to achieve multiple awards in international science competitions, including the IBO and JCCO.

Jackie has a master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a physics teacher qualification certificate who joined WASCZ in 2023.

Jun Han is a certified high school biology teacher with a master’s degree from the University of Warwick and nine years of teaching experience.

Haseeb has a master’s degree from Barkatullah University, India, with 25 years of profound experience in the field of education.

Imitaz has a Master's Degree from Khazar University, Azerbaijan and holds a PGCE with 8 years of teaching experience and is a certified Ardiuno for Physics trainer.

Auday graduated from Aston University, UK. With extensive international education experience, he has organised themed camps (such as Space Camp) in Turkey and the US, and hosted STEM events. He has led students to innovation training camps and helped them qualify for the Central Asian robotics championship (FLL – First Lego League). His focus is on developing students’ independent and critical thinking skills, equipping them with valuable knowledge and experience for life.

As one of the founding teachers of WASCZ, she is also a tutor for A Level Maths, Further Maths and International Maths Competitions (UKMT/AMC/CEMC) and has guided her students to the world's most prestigious schools.

Ivy has a bachelor's degree from Jiangsu Normal University, 12 years of teaching experience, holds a teaching certificate and joined WASCZ in 2015

Ada has a bachelor's degree from Jiangsu Institute of Education, has 15 years of experience in education and joined WASCZ in 2012 as one of the founding teachers.

Armaan earned his M.Ed. from the University of Nottingham and holds a PGCE qualification from the United Kingdom. Joined WASCZ in 2018, he has developed substantial practical expertise in the field of education.

Jacqueline has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree in business Analysis and Management from Loughborough University. A Pearson Edexcel A Level Accounting examiner, as well as an instructor of ASDAN Business Simulation Challenge.

Kathleen holds a master’s degree from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and has 14 years of experience in the field of education, possessing both PGCE and QTS qualifications.

Alisa has a master’s degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a certificate of higher vocational finance, and has been engaged in the education industry for seven years.

Lotus has a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Overseas Chinese University, has 11 years in the field of education and joined WASCZ in 2017.

Juliana holds a bachelor’s degree in media and journalism and an Honours Bachelor's in English Studies (Linguistics and Literature), with a UK PGCE teaching qualification. With nine years of experience in English language and literature education, she specialises in fostering students’ skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing through interactive, project-based learning. She also leads the 2025 WASCZ Summer School English Camp.

Nitza graduated from King’s College London and has 23 years of teaching experience, including six years in the United Kingdom as a humanities teacher and being a boarding tutor at two boarding schools. She holds a UK PGCE teaching qualification.

Jasmine has a bachelor's degree from Jincheng College, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Holding a secondary school English teaching certificate, she joined WASCZ in 2018.

Gonzalo has a master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and QTS. He served as a chief DELE examiner and has seven years of experience as a Spanish teacher.

Chloe has a master’s degree in Chinese philosophy from Qinghai Normal University. Holding a secondary school Chinese teacher qualification certificate, she has eight years of teaching experience, as well as more than five years of overseas Chinese teaching experience.

Nancy has a master’s degree from Nanjing Normal University, holds an English teacher qualification certificate, has been engaged in the education for more than 18 years, and joined WASCZ in 2012.

Yoga has a master’s degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, eight years of teaching experience, and joined WASCZ in 2017.

Richard graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music, an internationally renowned art school, with a Master's Degree in Advanced Performance. He has 31 years of teaching experience.

Diana has a bachelor's degree from the Royal College of Music, has been devoted to the field of education for 31 years and joined WASCZ in 2019.

Zilu has a master’s degree from the Royal Northern College of Music, with 11 years of teaching experience, and joined WASCZ in 2019.

Griffith has a master’s degree from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He has worked in collaboration with organisations such as ARCO and brings a wealth of teaching experience. He joined WASCZ in 2023.

Feyi has a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He is the UK Composition President of the World Piano Teachers Association (WPTA) and has extensive experience in performance and composition. He joined WASCZ in 2024.

James graduated from the University of West London, and has 17 years of professional experience. He performed percussion in the 2012 London Olympic Games opening ceremony.

Paul has a master’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, with 30 years of experience in the education sector.

He holds a master's degree from the Royal College of Art and has accumulated 15 years of experience teaching A Level Art and Photography courses. He joined WASCZ in 2018. Currently in his seventh year at WASCZ, he has guided numerous students to successful admissions at renowned art institutions.

Rachel has a bachelor's degree from Journalism School of Fudan University, Master's degree from Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. She holds a high school art teacher qualification certificate and joined WASCZ in 2022.

Hu Tian has a master’s degree from Oregon State University, USA, and has 38 years of experience in education. He joined WASCZ in 2020.

Gianna has a Master's degree from Zhejiang Normal University. Holding a high school art teacher qualification certificate, she joined WASCZ in 2021.

Christopher has a bachelor's degree from the University of Leeds, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). With over 15 years of teaching experience, including 10 years at leading international schools in China and nine years at top schools in the UK, he brings extensive expertise in teaching, sports coaching, and leadership. He currently serves as the Head of the WASCZ 2025 Summer School.

A former member of the Chinese National Rowing Team, she joined WASCZ in 2021. With over 10 years of experience in rowing coaching and training, she also brings a wealth of international competition experience. She was the champion in the Men's Eight at the 2017 National Rowing Championships and has led students to win multiple awards in rowing competitions both in China and abroad.

Pascal has a bachelor's degree from the Institut Textile et Chimique de Lyon (ITECH). Certified coach by USRowing, head of Shanghai Rowing Club, with 26 years of senior experience, he joined WASCZ in 2022.

With a 15-year career as a national-level football player, he holds international professional coaching qualifications and has led teams to multiple championships in international competitions. He brings extensive sports teaching experience both in China and abroad, and joined WASCZ in 2022.

Issam has a bachelor's degree from the Helwan University, Intermediate and Advanced Tennis Federation (ITF) Coach and 'Play&Stay' Coach, Level 1 Professional Tennis Coach, with 23 years of experience in coaching tennis.
