The 2026 WASCZ Summer School launches two flagship academic camps—「English Academy」and「Problem Solver Hub」—focused on strengthening core language and mathematics skills. With outstanding teachers, small-class teaching, differentiated instruction and English immersion, we spark learning motivation through engaging lessons and unlock potential through appropriately challenging tasks, helping students gain real momentum for the new term.
English Academy
From hesitation to confident expression, this camp moves beyond traditional lecture-based teaching. Through real communication scenarios, creative projects and thematic learning, students develop comprehensive listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, while building essential communication confidence and academic thinking—making English a true tool for exploring the world.

IGCSE & A Level English Language and Literature Teacher
BA in Media Studies and Journalism; BA (Hons) in English Studies (Linguistics and Literature pathway); PGCE (UK Qualified Teacher Status). With ten years of experience in English language and literature education, she specialises in project-based and interactive teaching, fostering students’ integrated skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing through authentic communication contexts.

✅️Students are grouped into little explorer, beginner and intermediate levels based on their English proficiency. Learning content is tailored to individual ability, ensuring meaningful progress through appropriately matched instruction.

Problem Solver Hub
The 2026 WAS Summer School Problem Solver Hub is designed for students preparing to enter the IGCSE or A Level stage. It aims to bridge the gap between their current mathematical level and the demands of higher-level study through tailored teaching and personalised guidance—helping students unlock the full potential of their mathematical thinking.

IGCSE & A Level Math and Further Math
With nearly 10 years of mathematics teaching experience, including 6 years in international education. She has guided students to top IGCSE and A Level results(A&A*), including the highest global score in IGCSE Further Math. She uses personalised teaching and encouragement to inspire a love for math and help students build confidence and reach their full potential.

Tailored, Level-Based Progression
Students are grouped according to their academic stage to ensure appropriately targeted learning:
⭐Foundation Level (Grade 8–9):
For students preparing to enter the IGCSE stage. This level focuses on systematically consolidating core concepts and developing essential problem-solving approaches for IGCSE Mathematics.
⭐Advanced Level(Grade 9–10):
For students preparing to enter the A Level stage. This level supports learners in tackling more challenging problems and developing advanced problem-solving strategies and techniques.

⭐Small-class teachingwith a student-centred approach, ensuring each learner receives individual feedback and progresses at their own pace.
⭐A strong focus on personalised support, addressing both strengths and areas for improvement—whether consolidating foundations or tackling advanced content, each student receives the support they need.

⭐The programme helps students bridge knowledge gaps, strengthen mathematical foundations, and enhance problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Whether or not students come from an international curriculum background, they will benefit from a highly structured and rigorous learning environment, enabling a smooth transition into the next academic stage of mathematics study.
Academic Growth Meets Enriched Experiences
⭐Over the four-week immersive camp, students will also enjoy a rich variety of experiences beyond the classroom:
Study trips, daily sports activities (including swimming, football, rugby, netball, volleyball, handball and floorball…), and engaging evening activities for boarding students. A balanced combination of academic learning, physical activity, social interaction and exploration ensures a meaningful and enriching summer experience.

○ A camp will be opened with a minimum of 10 participants
○ One session lasts for two weeks, and you can enjoy a 5% discount for enrolling in any two sessions (four weeks)
○ Siblings enrolled simultaneously, starting from the second participant, enjoy a 5% discount
