On 25 May 2026, our WASCZ Kindergarten children in K1 and K2 enjoyed a wonderful trip to Little Lions, where they took part in a range of thoughtfully planned activities designed especially for their age group. The day was filled with excitement, discovery and joyful learning.
Little Lions carefully designed each activity to suit the developmental needs of our K1 and K2 children, blending science, physical movement, art and food experiences. This created an environment that felt not only safe and hygienic, but also nurturing and inspiring.
Learning Through Joyful Experiences
The children explored four engaging activity areas, each offering something special:
Science Experiment: Water and Oil
With wide-eyed curiosity, the children poured water and oil into bottles, discovering how the liquids remain separate. Adding drops of colour transformed their creations into beautiful “rainbow bottles,” sparking a sense of wonder and early scientific thinking.
Chinese Martial Arts Introduction
On the mats, the children practised simple movements such as the fist salute and horse stance punch. Although new to them, they participated with focus and excitement, beginning to connect with traditional culture in a meaningful way.
Arts and Crafts: Polka Dot Unicorns
Using colourful play dough, the children let their imaginations run free as they created their own unique “polka dot unicorns.” Each creation reflected their individuality and creativity.
A Meaningful and Memorable Day
Every part of the trip was carefully designed with the children in mind, supporting their interests and developmental stage. More importantly, it gave them the opportunity to explore, create and learn in a warm and supportive environment.
It was truly heartwarming to see their confidence grow as they tried new activities, expressed their ideas and celebrated their achievements.
We look forward to continuing to provide our children with enriching experiences like this—ones that are joyful and full of opportunities for growth—so that every child can thrive and develop holistically.
