Xilingshi Scholarship
WASCZ is proud to announce our Xilingshi Scholarship 3-year-programme for students who will enter our Grade 10 in coming September.
- Mentoring by a member of the academic staff; regular meetings to set targets and monitor progress
- Invitations to external and internal lectures, debates, workshops, and events that cater for gifted students
- Regular meetings which provide intellectual challenge, research, debate, critical thought, and problem solving
- ‘stretch and challenge’ activities tailored to individual needs
- Several social events, including the annual Scholars’ Dinner
- A Scholars’ Tie or similar identification
No.4 How to Apply
- Scholarship application form
- Academic transcripts for the past two years issued by the current school
- Certificates and evidence of abilities, including but not limited to: academic competition certificates, performance recordings, art portfolios, award certificates, etc.
- Attend Preliminary Interview and Potential Assessment
- Undertake additional assessment (academic, performance, or artistic works)
- Participate in an interview conducted by experts.
